• Organizations, Individuals, and Families are asked to  participate in this opportunity to help clean-up trash along Canterbury’s roads.
• Trash bags will be provided, please bring your own gloves.
• Anyone with a pick-up truck or trailer (with working flashers) are asked to bring it along.
• People will be given designated areas to walk along and collect trash alongside the roads, bagging it and throwing it into the back of the trucks/trailers safely.
• These vehicles will then bring the trash and other items to the transfer station for disposal.
• This event is a rain or shine

  Please consider participating in this community event. It is a positive event to help to clean Canterbury’s scenic roadways. Your volunteering will brighten up one of the best parts of Connecticut’s Quiet Corner and you will be getting exercise at the same time. Benefits you as a volunteer and Canterbury.

We have a special DTC meeting at 7pm, Monday, March 8^th, at which we will elect officers, and hope to have State Rep and Probate Judge Candidates visit.

We also need to have a special meeting at 7pm, Tuesday, March 30^th to consider endorsements and elect delegates to the various conventions.
