TOWN BUDGET PASSES EASILY AT FIRST TRY!!!
 
For the second year in a row, The Sear Administration's budget has passed at the first referendum...

TOWN OF CANTERBURY'S TOWN WIDE CLEAN-UP PARTNERSHIP WITH EARTH DAY
 

Saturday, April 10th

Starts at 9:00 am at the Town Hall Parking Lot
  • Organizations, Individuals, and Families are asked to  participate in this opportunity to help clean-up trash along Canterbury’s roads.
  • Trash bags will be provided, please bring your own gloves.
  • Anyone with a pick-up truck or trailer (with working flashers) are asked to bring it along.
  • People will be given designated areas to walk along and collect trash alongside the roads, bagging it and throwing it into the back of the trucks/trailers safely.
  • These vehicles will then bring the trash and other items to the transfer station for disposal.
  • This event is a rain or shine

Two Special DTC Meetings in March
 

We have a special DTC meeting at 7pm, Monday, March 8th, at which we will elect officers, and hope to have State Rep and Probate Judge Candidates visit.

 

We also need to have a special meeting at 7pm, Tuesday, March 30th to consider endorsements and elect delegates to the various conventions.

New Town Committee Elected...
 
On January 7th, 2010 The Canterbury Democratic Party held its membership caucus. Thanks to everyone who has agreed to serve on the Canterbury DTC!
