Kate Zapadka

Kate has lived in Canterbury for over 21 years.  She volunteers  with Friends of the Canterbury Library & Friends of Prudence Crandall. Kate has worked in social services in the area and is currently a Realtor, associated with The Partner Network.

Her experience assessing properties  will help her work towards fairness and accuracy in the assessment process, as a member of the Board of Assessment Appeals. 

Kate enjoys gardening and sailing, and lives with her husband of over 40 years, Phil. Kate is eager to serve fellow residents of Canterbury.
